As we close another year of progress and successes, we reflect on the story that best represents Cedars-Sinai Cancer: We work purposefully and synergistically to achieve the best future for cancer patients around the globe. We believe these accomplishments belong to everyone—no matter their socioeconomic status, race, gender identity, age, sexual orientation or health history. Through our concentrated efforts to improve care and outcomes for the most vulnerable groups, we are also impacting the future of medicine for all of us.

Our progress has been tangible, encompassing our Community Outreach and Engagement needs assessments; groundbreaking basic science discoveries in breast, bladder, ovarian and prostate cancers; rapid discovery of biomarkers using our artificial intelligence-driven Molecular Twin Precision Oncology Platform; lung cancer screening initiatives in vulnerable communities; and training for researchers from historically marginalized groups across the career continuum. I look forward to sharing our findings with you—findings intended to benefit patients right here and around the world.
